DSS Fire, Inc., a locally owned and operated company, maintains its office and warehouse in Dallas. This enables DSS FIRE to respond to our clients’ needs within hours of notification. The Company is heavily involved in tenant finish construction and remodel with very competitive pricing. We have established relationships with all the major tenant finish General Contractors conducting business in the Metroplex providing a seamless transition from system replacement to all of your tenants fire alarm needs.

Additionally, all installation work is performed by DSS Fire, Inc. personnel without subcontractors. This allows us to maintain consistency and quality in all phases of work performed for our clients.

INSURANCE AND BONDING

DSS Fire, Inc. is fully bonded and insured with five million dollars of general liability and all other related insurance for contracting purposes. Additional amounts of coverage are available on a per project basis.

Over the years a wide range of customer problems have been presented to DSS FIRE. CENTRAL STATION MONITORING

DSS Fire, Inc. offers UL approved central station monitoring through Dallas Security Systems, Inc. for fire alarms, sprinkler systems and various other types of alarms. The central station currently monitors over 7,000 accounts for the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.

DSS Fire, Inc. can also perform all your fire alarm testing and service needs. Our service department is available 24\7 for fast and reliable service when you need it. Our testing department can design and perform fire alarm inspections to meet all your code requirements.
